Security and Auditing course by Cyfrin
Cyfrin[1] launched a new security and auditing course:

It covers more advanced topics such as static analysis, fuzzing, invariant testing, common vulnerabilities and much (much!) more. Prerequisite knowledge includes Ethereum fundamentals, Solidity and Foundry.
The course is hosted on their Updraft platform that aggregates all of their courses (all of them are open and free of charge). At the time of writing, Updraft itself still seems to be in testing mode (you can however sign up for early access).
