MiCA vs GENIUS Act by the European Crypto Initiative (EUCI)

I don't normally spend my time reading up on foreign regulatory developments, but analogous to the proverb "When America sneezes, the rest of the world catches the cold", you really cannot ignore what is happening overseas.

European Crypto Initiative (EUCI) published a very succint and clear comparison between the two regulations: MiCA vs. GENIUS Act (2025), covering the following aspects:

• Legal & regulatory scope;
• Stablecoin regulation;
• Regulatory and industry impact;
• Legislative and political process.
